Other times conflict leads to relationships breaking down. This on-line session will share techniques to help you identify ways to work with conflict in a way that leads to healthy relationships with your council teams.

During the session we will cover the following:

  • Consider relevant YLCA policies and guidelines that can support you
  • Explain why healthy conflict is key to successful teams
  • Identify your own productive and destructive tendencies in conflict
  • Consider how your preferences might impact on the rest of your team
  • Explore ideas to improve how you respond in conflict
