Resilience and Emotional Intelligence, FOR COUNCILLORS ONLY, Breakthrough Communications
30 November 6.30pm - 8.30pm, Cost £30.00 + VAT
The National Association of Local Councils (NALC) is providing this website as part of the Civility and Respect Project. Breakthrough Communications are facilitating the session. What does emotional intelligence and resilience mean in practice for Clerks, Council Officers and Councillors?
The session will help to develop a better understanding of where behaviour comes from, and it will consider what resilience means for us in the context of the roles within the council.
There will be opportunities to explore role-focused scenarios and consider how councils might respond to them. Strategies will be explored on how to deal with and manage a range of situations.
To register click on the link and complete all the relevant details – an invoice will be provided by Breakthrough Communications, to be paid before the workshop and other content can be accessed.
