The session is not suitable for clerks of Parish Meetings, however, Deputy Clerks, Locum Clerks and Admin Assistants are welcome to attend. It will include the production of lawful agendas, effective minutes, legislation for local councils (that clerks must know to enable them to do their job properly), introduction to accounts, the financial regime and lots of time for questions and answers throughout the session. It is a must for every new clerk or for clerks that have been in office for some time and need a refresher.
