Yorkshire Local Councils Associations (YLCA) is a membership organisation for parish and town councils in North, South and West Yorkshire.This is a membership site and only member parish and town councils may have access. The username and password is available from the parish clerk - only the log in details supplied by YLCA will be effective. These will log you in, please go to the 'LOG IN' button on the right. Member information can then be accessed via the 'Members Section'.
